1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using My Virtual PCO ("the Platform"), operated by Renac Tech Inc. (Canada), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you are not authorized to use the Platform. Acceptance is required at account creation and is recorded with a timestamp in our system for legal traceability.
2AI-Assisted, Human-Administered Platform
What AI does on this platform:
- Generates project health scores, risk predictions, and recommendations
- Drafts reports, summaries, and suggested actions
- Powers the in-app assistant chat
- Automates blog content and marketing suggestions
What humans control:
- All final account decisions, suspensions, and billing adjustments
- All support ticket responses and dispute resolutions
- Platform policies, pricing, and roadmap
- Content moderation and compliance oversight
Important: AI-generated content (insights, reports, recommendations) is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional project management, legal, financial, or business advice. Users are responsible for validating and acting upon AI suggestions.
3Limitation of Liability
3.1 Platform Non-Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renac Tech Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or recommendations
- Service interruptions, bugs, outages, or data loss
- Unauthorized access to your account (except due to our direct negligence)
- Actions or decisions taken by third-party infrastructure providers (including Base44, Stripe, or hosting services)
3.2 Third-Party Infrastructure
This platform operates on third-party infrastructure including Base44 (application platform) and Stripe (payment processing). These providers have their own independent data policies and terms of service. Renac Tech Inc. cannot be held responsible for decisions, breaches, or changes made unilaterally by these providers.
3.3 Maximum Liability Cap
In all cases, Renac Tech Inc.'s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.
3.4 User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Security of their login credentials and account access
- All activities performed through their account
- Accuracy and legality of data entered into the platform
- Decisions made based on AI-generated content
- Compliance with laws applicable in their jurisdiction
- Maintaining their own data backups
4Dispute Resolution — Required Process
Before initiating any legal proceeding, arbitration, or formal complaint to a regulatory authority, you are required to follow this process in order:
Step 1 — In-App Admin Chat (Required First)
Use the Support chat within the platform to contact our admin team. Most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days. This step is mandatory before escalating.
Step 2 — Email (If Unresolved After 5 Business Days)
Send a detailed written description of your concern to info@myvirtualpco.com. We commit to a written response within 5 business days.
Step 3 — Legal or Regulatory Recourse (Last Resort)
Only if steps 1 and 2 fail to produce a resolution within 30 calendar days may you initiate formal legal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Platform uptime target: 99% (excluding scheduled maintenance). Data may be deleted after 90 days of account inactivity (with prior notice). Free trial: 30 days, no credit card required.
6Data Privacy & Security
We comply with GDPR (EU), PIPEDA (Canada), and CCPA (USA) to the extent applicable. We collect only data necessary to provide our services.
Data collected: name, email, organization, project data, usage analytics, and billing metadata via Stripe.
Data is never sold to third parties. It is used solely to provide and improve the Platform.
Data deletion: You may request full deletion of your personal data. We will process the request within 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply.
Some personal data may be processed by third-party infrastructure providers (Base44, Stripe). Renac Tech Inc. is not liable for their independent data handling decisions.
7Billing & Cancellation
- Prices are in USD and billed automatically via Stripe
- Annual plans offer a 2-month discount compared to monthly billing
- You may cancel at any time — access ends at the current period's end
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Failed payments will result in a grace period before account suspension
- All transactions are processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details
8Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or data scraping
- Harass, defame, or harm other users or staff
- Distribute spam, malware, or fraudulent content
- Misrepresent your identity or organization
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
9Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the data you create on the Platform. Renac Tech Inc. retains ownership of the Platform code, design, AI models, branding, and documentation.
You grant Renac Tech Inc. a limited license to process your data solely to deliver and improve Platform services, including AI model training on anonymized, aggregated data.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
